Rewards Terms & Conditions

1. Rewards Redemption

Eligible Participants:
HHA users, Retailers, and delivery personnel may redeem rewards according to the following options:
  1. Subscription Renewal (50% Cashback):
    Retailers and delivery personnel can use up to 50% of the subscription cashback amount earned as rewards towards renewing their next subscription. The exact cashback amount will be based on your reward balance and the specific subscription renewal terms.
  2. Wallet Transfer:
    HHA users, Retailers, and Delivery persons can transfer the wallet amount available in their SARVM application to their personal bank account.
  3. B2B Product Purchases:
    Rewards can be used to buy products under Business-to-Business (B2B) transactions. These products will be subject to availability and the relevant redemption rates.
* Delivery Person A will get total rewards of 500 Rs if above conditions are met.

2. Retailer Badge System

Retailers are classified into three categories based on performance metrics. The classification will influence how rewards are redeemed for subscription renewals, wallet transfers, and B2B purchases:
  • Gold Retailer
  • Silver Retailer
  • Bronze Retailer
The badge classification is determined by factors including, but not limited to:
  • Ratings: Customer feedback and reviews.
  • Complaints: Number of customer complaints or issues raised.
  • Order Completion Time: The average time taken to complete and deliver orders.
  • Behavioural Badges: Based on behaviour, professionalism, and engagement with the platform.

3. Monthly Reward Usage Limit

There is a maximum reward redemption limit per month, which applies to:
  • Subscription cashback usage
  • Wallet transfer to personal accounts
  • B2B product purchases
The monthly limit for reward redemption will be communicated within the SARVM platform. Any attempt to exceed this limit will result in partial or no redemption for the month.

4. Rewards Expiration

  • Expiration Period: All rewards must be redeemed and used within three (3) months from the date they are earned. Any rewards not redeemed within this period will expire and cannot be used.
  • FIFO (First In, First Out): Rewards will expire in the order they were earned. FIFO will be used to determine which rewards expire first, with the earliest earned rewards being the first to be used or expire.

5. Loyalty Points

  • Loyalty points earned as part of the SARVM program are subject to the same rules as other rewards.
  • Loyalty points can be redeemed for subscription renewals, wallet transfers, and B2B product purchases in accordance with the redemption guidelines mentioned above.
  • The conversion of loyalty points into redeemable value may vary based on your Retailer badge classification.

6. Additional Terms

  • Non-Transferability: Rewards cannot be transferred to any third party. They are strictly for the use of the account holder (Sarvm user, Retailer, or Delivery Personnel).
  • Non-Cashable Rewards: Rewards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They can only be used as specified in the program.
  • Modifications to the Program: SARVM reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the rewards program at any time, including changes to redemption methods, conversion rates, expiration policies, and the badge system.
  • Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to misuse or abuse the rewards program, including fraudulent behaviour, may result in the suspension or termination of the participant’s account and forfeiture of any unredeemed rewards.
