We know that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust
that we will do so carefully and sensibly. This document explains how SarvM.AI System Private Limited (SarvM.AI)
collects, processes, stores, and/or shares any Personal Information (as defined below) and/or other information
from or about the Users. WE VALUE OUR USERS’ PRIVACY AND SO WE HAVE PREPARED THIS PRIVACY POLICY DOCUMENT TO
DEMONSTRATE THIS.
By accessing and/or using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, disclosure, and other uses of
your information per this Privacy Policy. As mentioned in the General Terms set out hereinabove, you must be at
least of legal age to access the Platform and/or use the Services. PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THIS DOCUMENT BEFORE
SUBMITTING ANY INFORMATION ON THE PLATFORM.
Personal information subject to this Privacy Notice will be collected and retained by SarvM.AI,
with a registered office at SarvM.AI System Pvt Ltd, c-21 Workfella 150, 1, Infantry Rd, opp. Commissioner Office,
Vasanth Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001.
We may update this statement from time to time by publishing a revised version on the Platform
per the Privacy Policy. Please check this Privacy Policy document each time before you share Personal Information
with us. SarvM.AI may share the information (including your Personal Information) with our Affiliates, employees,
directors, agents, contractors, business partners, and our successors or permitted assigns or any third-party
service provider, to provide you access to the Platform and/or Services, and by registering on the Platform and/or
for our Services, you provide your express consent to us that we may collect, store, share, transmit or otherwise
use your information (including Personal Information) per this Privacy Policy in particular and these Terms in
general.
1. COLLECTION
1. Personal Information: When you create an account or register with us, we collect information that can be used
to identify you ("Personal Information"). Personal Information may include your email address, name, username,
address, and phone number, KYC information, and any other personally identifiable information that you may
choose to provide us or that you choose to include in your account on the Platform.
We automatically collect and store certain types of information about your use of our Services, including
information about your interaction with content and services available through our Services. Like many websites,
we use cookies and other unique identifiers, and we obtain certain types of information when your web browser or
device accesses our Services and other content served by or on behalf of SarvM.AI on other websites.
THE PLATFORM WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE TO INDIVIDUALS OR ENTITIES NOT REGISTERED WITH SARVMAI. IF
YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE THE PLATFORM.
2. Your Content and Communications: Our Services permit you to interact with us through the notification system.
We collect and store all of the comments, communications, and chats you post, transmit or generate on the
Platform and/or through the Services. When you ask for assistance from SarvM.AI for customer support, the
contact information you provide will be collected, as well as the information which you post while using the
Platform and/or the Services, such as, your user ID number, etc., and any correspondence or information
contained within.
2. USE OF INFORMATION
You agree that SarvM.AI and/or service providers on SarvM.AI’s behalf may use the
information they collect, including your Personal Information for:
1.We use your personal information to take and fulfill orders, deliver products and services, process payments,
and communicate with you about orders, products and services, and promotional offers.
2.contacting you for customer support;
3.sending you updates or information about the Platform and/or Services;
4.managing your account and relationship with the Platform and/or Services, and improving your experience when
you use it;
5.improving the Services, research, surveying, and engaging with you, for example by sending you communications
for these purposes;
6.marketing and promotion of the Platform and/or Services and/or other products;
7.personalizing and optimizing the Platform and/or Services;
8.sharing promotional content and/or advertising; and
9.creating reports, analysis, or similar services for research or business intelligence.
10.We use your personal information to provide functionality, analyze performance, fix errors, and improve the
usability and effectiveness of our Services.
11.In certain cases, we collect and use your personal information to comply with laws. For
instance, we collect from sellers information regarding place of establishment and bank account information
for identity verification and other purposes.
12.We use personal information to prevent and detect fraud and abuse in order to protect the security of our
customers, SarvM.AI, and others. We may also use scoring methods to assess and manage credit risks.
3. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION:
Information about our customers is an important part of our business and we are not in the business of selling
our customers’ personal information to others. We share customers’ personal information only as
described below-
Transactions involving Third Parties:
We make available to you services, products, applications, or skills provided by third
parties for use on or through our platform. We also offer services or sell product lines jointly with
third-party businesses, such as sellers on the marketplace. You can tell when a third party is involved in
your transactions, and we share customers’ personal information related to those transactions with that
third party.
Third-Party Service Providers:
We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples
include fulfilling orders for products or services, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail,
removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing
search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing payments, transmitting content,
scoring, assessing and managing credit risk, and providing customer service. These third-party service
providers have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other
purposes. Further, they must process the personal information in accordance with applicable law.
Protection of SarvM.AI and Others: We release account and other personal information when we believe
release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply our Conditions of Use and other agreements; or
protect the rights, property, or safety of SarvM.AI, our users, or others. This includes exchanging
information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
Other than as set out above, you will receive notice when personal information about you might be shared
with third parties, and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share the information.
4. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
The Sarvmai Platform may contain links to other websites. Any personal information
about you collected whilst visiting such websites is not governed by this Policy.
Sarvmai shall not be responsible for and has no control over the practices and
content of any website accessed using the links contained on the Sarvmai Platform.
This Policy shall not apply to any information you may disclose to any of our service
providers/service personnel which we do not require you to disclose to us or any of
our service providers under this Policy.
5. INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU
Device Information: In order to improve your app experience and lend stability to our
services to you, we may collect information or employ third party plugins that collect
information about the devices you use to access our Services, including the
hardware models, operating systems and versions, software, file names and
versions, preferred languages, unique device identifiers, advertising identifiers, serial
numbers, device motion information, mobile network information, installed
applications on device and phone state. The information collected thus will be
disclosed to or collected directly by these plugins and may be used to improve the
content and/or functionality of the services offered to you. Analytics companies may
use mobile device IDs to track your usage of the Sarvmai Platform;
6. USES OF YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect for following purposes, including:
To provide, personalise, maintain and improve our products and services,
such as to enable deliveries and other services, enable features to
personalise your Sarvmai account;
● To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between
you and us and to provide you with the relevant information and services;
● To administer and enhance the security of our Sarvmai Platform and for
internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research,
statistical and survey purposes;
● To provide you with information about services we consider similar to those
that you are already using, or have enquired about, or may interest you. If you
are a registered user, we will contact you by electronic means (e-mail or SMS
or telephone or other internet based instant messaging systems) with
information about these services;
● To understand our users (what they do on our Services, what features they
like, how they use them, etc.), improve the content and features of our
Services (such as by personalizing content to your interests), process and
complete your transactions, make special offers, provide customer support,
process and respond to your queries;
● To generate and review reports and data about, and to conduct research on,
our user base and Service usage patterns;
● To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Services, if any; or
● To measure or understand the effectiveness of advertising we serve to you
and others, and to deliver relevant advertising to you.
● If you are a partner restaurant or merchant or delivery partner, to track the
progress of delivery or status of the order placed by our customers.
● to carry out academic research with academic partners.
We may combine the information that we receive from third parties with the
information you give to us and information we collect about you for the purposes set
out above. Further, we may anonymize and/or de-identify information collected from
you through the Services or via other means, including via the use of third-party web
analytic tools. As a result, our use and disclosure of aggregated and/or de-identified
information is not restricted by this Policy, and it may be used and disclosed to others
without limitation.
We analyse the log files of our Sarvmai Platform that may contain Internet Protocol
(IP) addresses, browser type and language, Internet service provider (ISP), referring,
app crashes, page viewed and exit websites and applications, operating system,
date/time stamp, and clickstream data. This helps us to administer the website, to
learn about user behavior on the site, to improve our product and services, and to
gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.
7. SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
SarvM.AI takes all reasonable and sound steps to ensure that the information is protected against misuse, loss,
unauthorized access, modification, and/or disclosure. SarvM.AI adopts and applies appropriate data collection,
storage, management practices, and security procedures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration,
addition, deletion, disclosure, and/or destruction of a User’s personal information, including their
username, email address, password, transaction information, and any other data stored on the Platform. However,
no data storage or transmission over the Internet or other network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
Accordingly, SarvM.AI does not guarantee that information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed
by any breach of any of the abovementioned safeguards. To the extent applicable, SarvM.AI complies with all
applicable data protection laws, and you (the User) are duly bound to provide all reasonable assistance and
information to SarvM.AI about compliance with such laws.
8. ACCESS TO PERSONAL INFORMATION
You have the right to access the Personal Information we collect and hold about you. If at any time you would
like to access or change your Personal Information, or you would like more information on our approach to
protecting your privacy, please contact us at the contact details set out in Clause 11 below. You can opt-out of
receiving certain promotional or marketing material by selecting the unsubscribe option contained within the
emails providing such material or contacting us at the contact details set out in Clause 11 below. However, you
cannot opt out of receiving all e-mails from us about your use of the Platform, such as e-mails about the status
of your account.
9. DATA PROTECTION PRACTICES
Our data is hosted in AWS infrastructure and the data is encrypted at rest and in transit using AES Encryption
Standards. We utilize IT infrastructure security devices to provide and ensure further security. Use AWS
services we have built an ecosystem for monitoring the systems, access logs, and activity on our infrastructure.
10. ADOPTION OF STANDARD PRACTICES
We have implemented standard security best practices and have a comprehensively documented information security
program in compliance with Rule 8 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Information Technology (Reasonable
Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules 2011. However, this is to
further record and clarify, the Company is not required to comply with any specific ISO standard as per the
Applicable Laws.
11. DATA RETENTION POLICY
We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will comply with all applicable data protection
laws in all our dealings with your personal data. We review and update our data retention policies regularly to
protect data securely and ensure that it is not deleted prematurely, either inadvertently or maliciously.

such as referring URL, browser, operating system, and Internet Service Provider;
5.We may give information to law enforcement if we are compelled to by a court order, if there has been a
violation of any Indian laws or if a violation of the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy has occurred;
6.We retain residual information in our backup and/or database. Such information would be deleted subject to
contractual agreements, provided that region/country’s law permits the same.

12. DISCLOSURE AND DISTRIBUTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
We may share your information that we collect for following purposes:
● With Service Providers: We may share your information with our vendors,
consultants, marketing partners, research firms and other service providers or
business partners, such as Payment processing companies, to support our
business. For example, your information may be shared with outside vendors
to send you emails and messages or push notifications to your devices in
relation to our Services, to help us analyze and improve the use of our
Services, to process and collect payments. We also may use vendors for
other projects, such as conducting surveys or organizing sweepstakes for us.
● With Partner Restaurants/Merchant: While you place a request to order
food through the Sarvmai Platform, your information is provided to us and to
the restaurants/merchants with whom you may choose to order. In order to
facilitate your online food order processing, we provide your information to
that restaurant/merchant in a similar manner as if you had made a food order
directly with the restaurant. If you provide a mobile phone number, Sarvmai
may send you text messages regarding the order’s delivery status.
● With Academic Partners: We may share your information with our academic
partners for the purpose of carrying out academic research.
● With Other Users: If you are a delivery partner, we may share your name,
phone number and/or profile picture (if applicable), tracking details with other
users to provide them the Services.
● For Crime Prevention or Investigation: We may share this information with
governmental agencies or other companies assisting us, when we are:
○ Obligated under the applicable laws or in good faith to respond to
court orders and processes; or
○ Detecting and preventing against actual or potential occurrence of
identity theft, fraud, abuse of Services and other illegal acts;
○ Responding to claims that an advertisement, posting or other content
violates the intellectual property rights of a third party;
○ Under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to
enforce our Terms of Use and other agreements, policies or to protect
the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our customers, or
others, or in the event of a claim or dispute relating to your use of our
Services. This includes exchanging information with other companies
and organisations for the purposes of fraud detection and credit risk
reduction.
● For Internal Use: We may share your information with any present or future
member of our “Group” (as defined below)or affiliates for our internal business
purposes The term “Group” means, with respect to any person, any entity that
is controlled by such person, or any entity that controls such person, or any
entity that is under common control with such person, whether directly or
indirectly, or, in the case of a natural person, any Relative (as such term is
defined in the Companies Act, 1956 and Companies Act, 2013 to the extent
applicable) of such person.
● With Advertisers and advertising networks: We may work with third
parties such as network advertisers to serve advertisements on the Sarvmai
Platform and on third-party websites or other media (e.g., social networking
platforms). These third parties may use cookies, JavaScript, web beacons
(including clear GIFs), Flash LSOs and other tracking technologies to
measure the effectiveness of their ads and to personalize advertising content
to you.
While you cannot opt out of advertising on the Sarvmai Platform, you may opt
out of much interest-based advertising on third party sites and through third
party ad networks (including DoubleClick Ad Exchange, Facebook Audience
Network and Google AdSense). For more information, visit
www.aboutads.info/choices. Opting out means that you will no longer receive
personalized ads by third parties ad networks from which you have opted out,
which is based on your browsing information across multiple sites and online
services. If you delete cookies or change devices, your opt out may no longer
be effective.
● To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it.
● We may share your information other than as described in this Policy if we
notify you and you consent to the sharing.
13. OPT-OUT
When you sign up for an account, you are opting in to receive emails from Sarvmai.
You can log in to manage your email preferences [here] or you can follow the
“unsubscribe” instructions in commercial email messages, but note that you cannot
opt out of receiving certain administrative notices, service notices, or legal notices
from Sarvmai.
If you wish to withdraw your consent for the use and disclosure of your personal
information in the manner provided in this Policy or you want your data to be deleted,
please write to us at cs@Sarvmai.in.
Please note that we may take time to
process such requests, and your request shall take effect no later than 5 (Five)
business days from the receipt of such request, after which we will not use your
personal data for any processing unless required by us to comply with our legal
obligations. We may not be able to offer you any or all Services upon such
withdrawal of your consent.
14. TERM
SarvM.AI may retain the information (including Personal Information) for as long as is necessary to fulfill the
purposes for which it was collected or as needed to provide, even after you have discontinued or deleted any
account or have ended the provision of the Services, if retention of such information is reasonably necessary to
comply with SarvM.AI’s legal obligations, regulatory requirements and for resolving disputes between Users
or for preventing fraud, for backup, archival, and/or audit purposes or any other use.
15. GENERAL TERMS
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Privacy Policy, SarvM.AI may preserve or disclose your
information:
(a) to the extent reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, or legal request;
(b) to protect the safety of any person;
(c) to address fraud, security or technical issues; or
(d) to protect SarvM.AI’s rights or property. However, nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to
limit any legal defenses or objections that you may have to a third party, including a government’s
request to disclose your information. If any court or other competent authority finds any of this Privacy
Policy to be invalid or unenforceable, the other terms of this Privacy Policy will not be affected.
16. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
The most recent version of this Privacy Policy will govern the use of the information (including Personal
Information) on the Platform. We may revise or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we decide to
change this Privacy Policy, we will inform you by posting the revised Privacy Policy on the Platform. SarvM.AI
may also, but is not required to, notify you of changes to the Privacy Policy via email to the email address
associated with your account. If you object to any changes to the Privacy Policy, you should immediately stop
using the Platform and/or Services and close any related accounts. By continuing to access or use the Platform
and/or Services after changes have become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
17. COMPLAINT & GRIEVANCE MECHANISM
To Address the queries/concerns of the users we have defined Complaint & Grievance Mechanism.
Level 1: Users can write to us at care@sarvm.ai
Level 2: If the user query/concerns are not addressed to the expected levels, then they can reach the
Grievance Officer- Sanjay Gupta. Email id: go@sarvm.ai ; Grievance officer
acknowledges the receipt of any user query/concerns within 48 hours and redresses the complaint within 1 month
from the date of receipt of the complaint
Level 3: In the unlikely event that your issue remains unresolved to your satisfaction
despite escalating to our Grievance Officer, you can reach out to our Nodal Officer Harish Chandra. Email Id:
no@sarvm.ai . We will respond within 3 business days from the date of
receipt of your email.
Further, please note that the Sarvmai Platform stores your data with the cloud platform of
Amazon Web Services provided by Amazon Web Services, Inc., which may store this data
on their servers located outside of India. Amazon Web Services has security measures in
place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information, details of which are
available at https://aws.amazon.com/. The privacy policy adopted by Amazon
Web Services
are detailed in https://aws.amazon.com/privacy. In the event you have
questions or concerns
about the security measures adopted by Amazon Web Services, you can contact their data
protection / privacy team / legal team or designated the grievance officer at these
organisations, whose contact details are available in its privacy policy, or can also write to
our Grievance Officer at the address provided above.
18. DND POLICY
When you voluntarily send us electronic mail, we will keep a record of this information so that
we can respond to you. We only collect information from you when you register on our site or fill
out a form. Also, when filling out a form on our site, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail
address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. In case you have submitted your
personal information and contact details, we reserve the rights to Call, SMS, Email or WhatsApp about
our products and offers, even if your number has DND activated on it.
